Attorney Scott T. Christian is a founding shareholder of the firm and concentrates his practice in real estate, business, commercial, contract law and estate planning matters including business succession planning. His many clients rely on his in-depth understanding of the complex State and Federal regulatory laws relating to business operations. He frequently represents both buyers and sellers in business sales and acquisitions including stock sales, asset sales and other business transactions.

Mr. Christian is a respected resource for clients seeking a resolution to their business law issues and he currently acts as counsel for hundreds of local and regional business organizations in all aspects of their operations. He also enjoys an extensive estate planning practice, using an experienced and flexible approach to protect client assets for future use.

Mr. Christian is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Wisconsin and before the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
