Attorney Serena N. Hulbert has joined our firm as an associate and brings over fifteen years of experience in family law, employment discrimination, criminal misdemeanors, civil litigation and traffic matters. Attorney Hulbert is a 1997 graduate from The John Marshall Law School, Chicago, IL. She managed her solo law firm from February 2007 until she joined Thorpe & Christian, S.C. in August, 2011. Attorney Hulbert emphasizes practical problem solving and innovative techniques which create better outcomes for her clients and communities, specifically children and families.

Attorney Hulbert works as a consultant for the U.S. Department of Justice on issues related to court process improvement, child abuse and neglect, domestic violence, and children exposed to violence. She is an advocate for father's rights in family law cases and assists families experiencing violence.

Attorney Hulbert is licensed to practice in all Wisconsin courts, and before the U.S.District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin.
