Attorney Elizabeth R. Olson was born and raised in Eldorado, Illinois, and received both her undergraduate degree (with honors) and law degree (magna cum laude) from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois. Mrs. Olson as been a member of the law community since 2003 and maintains a general practice in most areas of the law including: personal injury, landlord/tenant, municipal law, land use/zoning, business law, estate planning and appellate practice.
Mrs. Olson also represents clients in worker’s compensation and social security matters. For clients who are unable to work due to an illness or injury, or due to a workplace injury, Mrs. Olson provides assistance and representation on applications for social security disability benefits and worker’s compensation benefits. Mrs. Olson also assists clients in appealing decisions denying them these benefits.
Mrs. Olson is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Wisconsin and before the U.S. District Court, Western District of Wisconsin. She is also admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Illinois.
