Attorney Dale L. Thorpe is a founding shareholder of Thorpe & Christian, a firm established in 2003 with Attorney Scott T. Christian, former classmates and graduates of the Marquette University School of Law. Mr. Thorpe has been a distinguished business lawyer for 18 years concentrating in municipal, real estate, land use, commercial and zoning law. Mr. Thorpe currently serves as Village Attorney for the Village of Fontana on Geneva Lake, Wisconsin. He also serves as the Attorney for the Sanitary District of the Village of East Troy, Wisconsin.

Mr. Thorpe’s many years of municipal and real estate law experience have enabled him to develop a unique understanding of local government and State regulatory processes. Business clients are well served by this knowledge when petitioning for conditional use permits, appealing zoning restrictions, or other local regulatory matters which may impact their operations.

Mr. Thorpe is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Wisconsin and before the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
