Here’s What’s “Newsworthy and Noteworthy” from Thorpe & Christian
- Our office started the Walworth County Thanksgiving Program in 2011. With the help of attorneys and staff, assistance from local churches, and aided by a $500 donation from Wal-Mart, we provided 25 families with a full Thanksgiving dinner. Over 1200 pounds of food was donated to this worthy cause. This year, we are expanding the program to 30 families.
- Last year was our 5th year as the corporate sponsor for the Community Action Fundraising Gala in support of the Twin Oaks Homeless Shelter. In 2012, we look forward to serving as the corporate sponsor for the Charity Gala for the 6th year in a row.
